I do find it interesting how eye angles, placement, size all vary drastically from plushmaker to plushmaker. Her production quality is also amazing. Though I am not so keen on the front view. I’m horribly vain and I think that my front view is a wee bit less awkward looking. But goddamn.
So many details in this! They’re perfect! BabyLondonStar’s DA It makes me cry a little inside that she says she won’t do custom plush commissions.
A Danny Phantom style Rainbow Dash in her Gala dress. The artist named her Roxanne or “Roxy” and I have to admit that would be a pretty cool name for a human Rainbow Dash if she didn’t have the pony name or you wanted her to be less obviously a humanized pony. And my personal favorite, their Galloping Gala dresses as envisioned by French-Teapot.

The more I look at these, the more I find I love about them. I love Fluttershy’s hair and the way her hand is up in it. I like the way Rarity’s dress isn’t poofy but still looks like it and the fact that she’s so tall compared to the others. Pinkie Pie’s and Applejack’s outfits managed to look a little less ridiculous, almost actually formal. I’m pretty much loving everything about Rainbow Dash and Celestia and Luna. I don’t quite like the neckline on Twilight’s but other than that, it’s another great version of her dress.
I’m a hardcore appledash fan but a friend and I joke that Applejack is the perfect gentleman for Rarity during the Grand Galloping Gala. Certainly far more than Prince Blueblood, but even a weasel would be a better gentleman than Prince Blueblood, yeesh. In fact, I feel bad for saying that and insulting poor weasels. I’m sorry, weasels, will you forgive me?
Great humanization of these two! Why haven’t I posted any of this pairing yet? This is sweet.
